John Alfred Tinniswood from England, aged 111 years and 224 days, has become the world’s oldest living man, according to Guinness World Records. He succeeded Juan Vicente Pérez, who passed away at 114. Tinniswood attributes his longevity to luck and moderation in life. A Liverpool football club fan, he holds various records and currently resides in a care home in Southport. The world’s oldest living woman is Maria Branyas Morera, 117, from Spain.
