Eight passengers who missed their cruise ship in São Tomé and Príncipe due to a tour delay managed to ultimately rejoin the Norwegian Dawn in Senegal after a six-day chase. Despite previous unsuccessful attempts in Gambia due to adverse weather conditions, the passengers, aided by the cruise line, were able to reunite with the ship in Senegal.
