An Australian man tragically passed away after being bitten by a highly venomous snake while attempting to remove the serpent from a childcare center to protect the children. The victim, identified as 47-year-old Jerromy Brookes, was bitten by a brown snake and later succumbed to the venom despite efforts to save him. Brown snakes are one of the deadliest species globally. Deaths from snake bites are uncommon in Australia, with about 200 people hospitalized annually due to encounters with brown snakes. It is emphasized that trying to kill a snake is not advisable, and proper treatment for snake bites includes staying calm and applying a tight bandage. Brown snakes, particularly eastern brown snakes, are known for their aggression and danger, with encounters even in urban areas not being rare.
