The Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet has placed a ban on musical horns after videos surfaced on social media showing individuals dancing on roads to tunes blasted by passing trucks. Hun Manet instructed the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation and police nationwide to take immediate action against vehicles with musical horns, replacing them with standard honking ones. He cited concerns about public order, traffic safety, and the risks posed to those dancing on the streets. The ban aims to prevent such activities in Cambodia.
