The mother of a murdered teen, Esther Ghey, met with the mother of one of her child’s killers in an emotional encounter. Esther, whose daughter Brianna was brutally murdered by Scarlett Jenkinson and Eddie Ratcliffe, has been campaigning for better safeguarding around social media and mobile phones since the tragedy. She recently revealed that she had met with Jenkinson’s mother to offer her empathy and support.
During their meeting, Esther said she didn’t feel anger or resentment towards Jenkinson’s mother or Jenkinson herself. Instead, she chose to take a more positive approach, focusing on making good out of the horrific situation. Both families have been deeply impacted by Brianna’s murder, and Esther believes that working together could lead to positive change in society.
