Germany’s new cannabis law has come into effect, with a “smoke-in” event held in Berlin to mark the occasion. An investigation by Insider, 60 Minutes, and Spiegel has linked the Havana Syndrome to a Russian military agency known as GRU, specifically to a unit dedicated to assassination and political destabilization. In a meeting of allies organizing military aid for Ukraine, US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin did not provide significant assistance. On the other hand, Germany has pledged an additional €500 million in military aid to Ukraine, prompting gratitude from Ukraine’s defense ministry.
