French investigators have discovered and identified the remains of a toddler named Emile, who went missing last summer in a small village in the French Alps. The two-and-a-half-year-old boy disappeared while staying with his grandparents, and the bones were found near the village of Le Vernet. Genetic testing confirmed the bones belonged to Emile, although the cause of death has not been disclosed. Despite extensive search efforts and a criminal investigation, the circumstances surrounding Emile’s disappearance remain unclear.
