France and the United States have stated that intelligence points to the Islamic State as the group behind the deadly attack on a concert hall near Moscow, which resulted in 137 deaths. Meanwhile, Russia has suggested that Ukraine may be responsible for the attack, despite the Islamic State claiming responsibility. Four suspects, at least one from Tajikistan, have been arrested on terrorism charges in connection to the attack.
