Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov praised China’s peace plan for Ukraine, calling it reasonable. The Kremlin mentioned a direct confrontation with NATO, and Ukraine thanked Finland for a significant military aid package. Lastly, Russian drone strikes in Kharkiv killed four and injured 12, with ongoing power outages affecting 350,000 residents.
