Putin also addressed the situation in Ukraine, warning that if US troops were sent there, Russia would view them as interventionists. He highlighted Russia’s readiness for a nuclear war from a military perspective. Putin expressed a willingness to negotiate on the Ukraine issue based on reality, insisting on guarantees for any potential agreement with the West. Additionally, there were discussions regarding military aid to Ukraine and Russia’s defense production capabilities compared to the US and Europe.
