Russia may have used new guided bombs in strikes on Kharkiv. In separate news, a member of Pussy Riot was sentenced to six years for anti-war posts. Russia questioned the involvement of Islamic State in the Moscow attack, suggesting Western countries and Ukraine were behind it. At least one person died, and many were injured in Russian strikes in Kharkiv, and Russia investigates claims of terrorism against Western countries. The FSB chief alleged the US, UK, and Ukraine were behind the Moscow attack, a claim all three countries denied.
