Vybz Kartel, whose real name is Adidja Palmer, has been incarcerated since 2011 for the murder of Clive “Lizard” Williams, which he denies committing. The decision to quash the conviction was based on issues such as questionable phone evidence and a discredited witness. Despite his health challenges, Kartel’s legal team is optimistic about the appeal process.
