A retired couple, John and Bev Martin, from Florida, decided to travel the world during their retirement. They initially road-tripped around the US, then sold their belongings to embark on a global adventure. With savings, they’ve visited 92 countries since Nov. 2021. The Martins stay in each place for 4-7 days, coming home to their family twice a year. They value the friendships made during their travels, including a meaningful trip to Ukraine. Now in Cape Town, they’re soon off to a safari. Guatemala was a surprising favorite destination. They cherish simple aspects of American life, like home-cooked meals and dining at Cracker Barrel.
