Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Russian advances in Ukraine have been stopped and the situation for Ukrainian troops has improved. He mentioned that over 1,000 kilometers of fortifications are being built to strengthen the country’s defenses. Zelensky also referenced French President Macron’s statement about the possibility of sending French troops to Ukraine, stating that as long as Ukraine remains secure, French troops can remain on French territory.
